Electricity

In the hotel and throughout Israel, the electric current is 220V.
An adaptor may be provided from Reception (with a $5 security deposit).

Children’s Club (On the 4th floor)

The recreation room will be open on Fridays and Saturdays from 10:00-18:00 (10 AM to 6 PM), and on holidays according to a schedule to be announced.

Parking

Public parking free of charge is based on availability only.
Municipal parking spaces indicated by blue-and-white curbs require payment.
Handicapped parking – located in front of the hotel, to be requested at the time of reservation.

Internal Phones

To call other guest rooms –
For 3-digit room numbers, dial “8” and then the number.
For a 4-digit room number, dial the room number.

Direct Dialing

Dial “9” to get an outside line, and then dial the desired Israeli phone number.
International calls cannot be made from guest rooms.

Animals

Bringing animals into the hotel is strictly forbidden, except for service dogs, to be coordinated in advance.

Safes

Each room has a safe for storing money and valuables, in the wardrobe. To use the safe, please follow the instructions for locking and unlocking.
Note that the hotel will not be responsible in case of theft or loss.

Sanctity

  1. The synagogue is located on the 4th floor. The hotel is kosher and is under the supervision of the local rabbinate in Hadera.
  2. Sabbath start & end times can be found at Reception, along with the prayer schedule.
  3. Sabbath candles can be lit just before the Sabbath begins, on the ground floor.
    For the convenience of our traditional guests, two of the hotel’s elevators serve as
  4. Sabbath elevators on the Sabbath and on holidays.
  5. Sabbath keys – our traditional guests can obtain a mechanical key from the reception before the Sabbath begins, with a security deposit of NIS 250.
    The key should be returned just after the Sabbath ends.
  6. For your safety, it is forbidden lighting fire in the hotel rooms.

Dry Cleaning / Laundry

For your convenience, the hotel offers laundry and ironing services. There is a Dry Cleaning / Laundry List form in your room. It should be filled out and given to reception together with the relevant items in the designated bag you will find in the wardrobe. The hours for giving and receiving the items are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion. From 10:00-18:00 (10 AM to 6 PM), and on holidays according to a schedule to be announced.

Ironing

If you do need an ironing/ironing board, please contact reception, with a security deposit of NIS 250.

VAT

Tourists and those holding foreign passports with a B2-B3-B4 entry stamp (not Israelis) are exempt from paying VAT on the room charge. The form received at the airport is essential for VAT exemption. All other hotel guests are charged VAT according to law.

Ice

Ice can be ordered by room service; please call the guest service center (dial “0” from the phone in your room) The fee for this service is NIS 15.

Luggage Storage

Personal belongings can be temporarily stored in the hotel for no additional charge. Please contact Reception for assistance.

Transportation

To book a (paid) taxi, please contact Reception.

Mini-Bar

Provided in all guest rooms. Please keep it clean and remove any personal items at the end of your stay.
Please note we can provide a full minibar at an additional charge.

Guest Relations

The hotel has a Guest Relations Manager who will be happy to assist you with any matter related to your stay.

Events Department

The hotel features two large halls and three small conference rooms. The events Department can be reached through Reception, the staff is always at your service to assist with any request or question you may have about holding an event.

Restaurant

Restaurant opening and closing hours are subject to change at the hotel’s discretion.

Packed Breakfast

  • Can be ordered at Reception before 20:00 (8 PM).
    Central dining room – ‘Mediterranee’ On the 3rd floor
  • The breakfast buffet is at your service from 7:00 to 10:00.
  • Dinners on the Sabbath & holidays are served from 18:30 to 21:00.

Full Board Guests

  • Lunch on the Sabbath is served from 13:00 to 15:00.

Please contact the hotel Security department by dialing “0” (guest service center).

In Case of a Fire / Emergency

Please follow the instructions on the emergency escape sign attached to the door.

Smoke Detectors and Sprinklers

  • Smoke detectors & sprinklers are installed in all the rooms and throughout the hotel.
  • Smoking is strictly prohibited in the guest rooms.
  • For your attention in a case of smoking inside the room, the guest will be charged 500 NIS.

Evacuation

In case of an emergency, please follow the evacuation instructions on the sign on the back of the entry door to the room.

Medical Assistance

The hotel Security department can be contacted at any time for information or first aid, by dialing “0” (guest service center).
